What you will do
- Support the implementation and customization of corporate e-banking solutions.
- Manage user access, configuration updates, and existing client contracts.
- Contribute to the daily operation of digital banking platforms and payment flows through Multiline.
- Interact with clients by phone and email, assisting with setup changes, migrations, and payment-related issues.
- Support technical and administrative operations while maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Student in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Valid internship agreement from an educational institution is required.
- Strong interest in banking and digital banking solutions.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to gain practical experience.
- French and English are required for client interaction, approximately 60% French and 40% English.
