Director of Finance

Location: Authorized to work in the US

Salary: $230,000 (US locations only)

Overview

Lead a finance team of three in a fast-paced startup environment focused on blockchain technology. Manage accounting, controlling, token and payment operations, and build scalable finance processes.

What you will do

• Lead the finance team ensuring compliance and effectiveness
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee token accounting and risk reduction strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Build efficient finance processes and manage vendor relationships

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US
• 8+ years of experience in growing companies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Passion or experience in blockchain/crypto industry
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Current CPA Certification
• Experience in FP&A
