What you will do

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and testable Java/JEE applications for mission-critical client solutions.
• Contribute to technical solution design and development planning.
• Estimate technical tasks and provide accurate delivery timeframes.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and share technical expertise with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Italian proficiency, spoken and written, is required for communication with Italian-speaking teams and clients.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE development.
• Strong expertise in the Spring ecosystem.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Knowledge of relational databases, ORMs, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• CV submission in English is requested.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with payroll and financial business processes.
