Overview

Pagoda is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen their Finance team. This role involves collaborating across all parts of the operation, contributing to the growth of the NEAR ecosystem, and guiding financial planning with robust modeling and strategic vision.

What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to survey business scenarios and potential risks.
• Support annual budget development, ongoing forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Deliver modeling of operational and product data to support strategic decisions.
• Generate timely management reports with key performance indicators and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into financials and performance against OKRs.
• Collaborate on month-end close to deliver accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with planning and reporting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Technical skills developed (SQL or API).
• Experience using business intelligence applications.
• Experience with FinTech, Web3, blockchain, or traditional financial services.
• MBA or relevant professional certification.
