What you will do

• Gather, validate, and document comprehensive business and system requirements.
• Model complex crypto transaction flows and business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Design and document integrations with blockchain networks, liquidity providers, and payment systems.
• Create detailed functional specifications including PRD, SRS, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
• Participate in integration testing, UAT, and validation of financial transaction flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, transaction lifecycles, and EVM-based networks.
• Proficiency with APIs (REST, WebSocket), webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and log investigation.
• English level: B2 (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, PDLC, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or payment domains.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and transaction monitoring processes.
• Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, TRC-20, etc.) and DeFi concepts.
• Business Analysis certifications (IIBA, CBAP).
