Associate Manager, Treasury

What you will do

• Manage existing loan capital financings and related facilities, excluding Japan.
• Support new financing processes from debt sizing and documentation through execution and potential sell-down.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, financial, and other external advisors.
• Manage debt undertakings, KYC, ESG reporting, and ongoing project and financial reporting.
• Support debt capital planning, forecasting, market due diligence, valuations, sustainability, and green certification workstreams.
• Maintain banking and lending relationships and contribute to treasury process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience, ideally in a multinational business, real assets, project finance, or institutional/corporate banking.
• Sound knowledge of loan documentation and credit analysis.
• Experience with debt origination and structuring, preferably in digital infrastructure, commercial real estate, REIT, or development finance.
• Curiosity about sustainability and ESG, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
