Senior Manager-Applications (Analog Power)

Annual base salary: $91,000–$247,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global applications engineering organization, with a focus on senior managers reporting to the role.
• Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and build a culture of technical excellence and client-centric problem solving.
• Manage applications engineering resources across Analog Power product lines and coordinate support with global FAE leadership.
• Establish product strategies and roadmaps with marketing and applications leaders, aligned with business-unit objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across product development teams and complementary business units.
• Engage with key clients, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with IC architects on new power-solution definitions.

Requirements

• BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent education; emphasis in power electronics or analog circuit design is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in analog or power semiconductor applications engineering, including at least 5 years in leadership or management.
• Expert knowledge of switch-mode power supply topologies, including buck, boost, buck-boost, flyback, and forward, as well as linear regulators and power modules.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Ability to balance technical solution quality with business impact.

Nice to have

• Automotive or safety-critical product development experience, including AEC-Q100 or similar standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 or IEC 61508 compliant design processes.
