What you will do
- Lead complex, high-impact product initiatives from discovery through release.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy, and useful AI-powered features and workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers on implementation details, front-end code, and high-quality execution.
- Create prototypes and tools to test workflows, interactions, and edge cases.
- Evolve Dialtone into a scalable, accessible, and cohesive design system.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality product design work.
- A strong track record of delivering thoughtful product experiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex projects independently.
- Systems-thinking approach to cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Comfort working in front-end code and collaborating deeply with engineering.
- Experience with AI tools and AI-enhanced experiences, plus clear cross-disciplinary communication.
