Senior Manager, Innovation Delivery Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Act as the central point of contact across innovation workstreams and manage project plans, schedules, workstreams, and workback plans.
• Own the vision and roadmap for internal innovation tools and pilot products, including backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and produce actionable adoption or disruption recommendations.
• Set team goals and priorities while allocating capacity across pilots, technology adoption workstreams, and ongoing initiatives.
• Coordinate with software development, data science, and platform teams to manage dependencies and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, product management, or related delivery roles, including medium- to large-scale technology initiatives.
• At least 2 years of people management or formal team leadership experience with direct reports, plus at least 3 years in a senior PM, PO, or delivery leadership role.
• Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks.
• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, GenAI, and large language models is required. Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices is expected.
• Experience with automation or RPA, basic data analytics such as Power BI, and risk management involving information security, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM I, CSPO, or SAFe certification.
• Recognized AI/ML or cloud platform certification.
