Product Manager - Weather Solutions

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: PHP 65,312–87,083 per month

What you will do

• Conduct customer interviews, discovery sessions, and workflow observations across Weather industry solutions.
• Translate customer feedback, operational workflows, product data, and business problems into hypotheses, requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain prioritized, delivery-ready backlogs in Jira and Confluence with Product Management and Engineering leads.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and manage trade-offs during development.
• Coordinate feature validation, acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-release product analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Meteorology, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to digital product development as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, technical project professional, QA specialist, or in a closely related role.
• Ability to convert customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Experience working directly with software Engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Customer empathy and confidence leading selected customer interviews and discovery sessions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and workstream management skills.
• Curiosity, learning agility, accountability, and willingness to receive coaching while expanding ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, data products, operational intelligence, weather, geospatial, or other complex data-rich products.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, product analytics, user acceptance testing, and backlog refinement.
• Experience with Figma, Kiro, or other product-design and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Exposure to utilities, renewable energy, transportation, logistics, marine, offshore, or other safety- and operations-intensive industries.
• Experience supporting pilots, customer onboarding, release adoption, or legacy-product migrations.
