What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-friction workflows for AI and automation improvement.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, browser-based tools, and lightweight applications.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into technical implementation plans and success metrics.
• Apply software engineering and SDLC best practices to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop reusable components, documentation, and standards for AI tools.
• Measure business impact through efficiency gains, time savings, and adoption rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or solutions engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot, and LLM workflows.
• Proven ability to move from ambiguous business needs to well-scoped technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of APIs, browser automation, and workflow tooling.
• Must be based in the US (as benefits are restricted to US-based employees).

Nice to have

• Experience building Chrome extensions or browser-based automation tools.
• Experience supporting GTM, operations, support, or finance functions.
• Experience working in regulated environments where reliability and governance are critical.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
