Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the quality management system and product quality programs.
• Lead ISO and internal audit activities and support internal and external quality audits.
• Identify and facilitate improvements in new product development, supplier processes, and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze product returns and field data to drive product quality and reliability improvements.
• Facilitate structured problem solving for manufacturing, quality, and customer reliability issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to improve customer satisfaction and product performance.

Requirements

• Experience applying quality and statistical tools to practical manufacturing and product-quality problems.
• Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and thorough investigation.
• Experience analyzing product-return data, statistical data, and product specifications.
• Knowledge of customer quality and satisfaction methods and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to support internal and external audits, including ISO and supplier-site audits.
