Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Milano, Italy

Base salary: €42,000–€60,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Design implementation environments and define infrastructure architecture standards.
• Support deployment and operational readiness across the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code practices and automate environment lifecycle management.
• Apply AI-assisted provisioning, predictive monitoring, and intelligent platform automation.
• Govern platform configuration, security, compliance, resilience, and operational standards.
• Identify operational risks and optimize platform performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and platform architecture.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, performance management, and platform resilience.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, automation frameworks, and deployment standardization.
• Understanding of AI-assisted operations, intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics, and operational governance.
• Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
