Legal Counsel, Real Estate & Development (Real Estate)

hirify.global builds and operates large data centers for AI, colocation, cloud, and Bitcoin mining workloads at the intersection of technology, energy, and infrastructure.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate letters of intent, land options, purchase agreements, easements, access agreements, tax abatement agreements, construction contracts, procurement agreements, interconnection agreements, and related development documents.
• Provide legal support for project finance and real estate loan transactions, infrastructure and power agreements, and data center end-user leases.
• Manage documentation lifecycles for data center development and energy infrastructure projects from initial drafting through closing.
• Serve as the primary legal liaison for development, operations, asset management, energy origination, and strategic financing teams.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, title agents, surveyors, and environmental consultants to vet sites and prepare them for commercialization.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence covering title commitments, ALTA surveys, environmental reports, and zoning analyses.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state and good standing with one U.S. Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure, or energy law.
• Experience with land acquisition, site control, transactional diligence, and front-end real estate documents.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and environmental consultants on large-scale transactions.
• Strong document workflow, deadline tracking, version control, and practical legal analysis skills.
• Ability to work directly with non-legal teams and communicate complex legal issues clearly.
