Process Technician (Swing Shift)

Location: Fremont, California, United States; on-site. Candidates must be available for a 12-hour swing shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. New hires complete 4–5 weeks of daytime training and shadowing before moving to the assigned shift.

Salary: $32.00–$38.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor multiple RPS additive manufacturing printers and supporting equipment.
• Execute production builds, including build starts, unpacks, printer changeovers, and build flips.
• Load and replenish consumables and safely handle metal powders according to established procedures.
• Respond to machine alarms, perform approved recovery procedures, and troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
• Operate Solukon depowdering systems, chiseling stations, and equipment used for clean and dry tasks.
• Document production activity, equipment status, maintenance, and shift pass-downs while collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ability to follow operating procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements while managing multiple machines.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, stand and walk for extended periods, and safely handle powders and industrial equipment while using required PPE.
