What you will do

• Execute complex and specialized operational tasks in line with standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor processes for regulatory and organizational compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement, automation, and workflow enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Resolve escalated queries from clients and internal stakeholders through timely coordination.
• Guide junior associates by sharing operational expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience handling complex operational processing tasks.
• Ability to work independently on specialized processes.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance monitoring, reporting, and operational data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
