What you will do

• Design, organize, and implement employee development initiatives, including training sessions and career path frameworks.
• Advise employees and managers on talent development and long-term career planning.
• Build and improve structured programs such as leadership development and skill frameworks.
• Support performance and feedback processes to foster an open, learning-oriented company culture.
• Contribute to onboarding processes with a focus on sustainable employee integration.
• Analyze development needs and HR metrics to continuously optimize initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in personnel development, learning & development, or HR.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs and modern learning formats.
• Strong analytical skills with experience deriving actionable insights from HR metrics.
• German: Very good proficiency required
• English: Good proficiency required
