Salary: $90,000–$175,000 annually

hirify.global is developing and operating uranium enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production.

What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes for reliable and safe systems.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability, performance, safety, and cost.
• Build, assemble, and validate prototypes, test stands, and development units.
• Perform root-cause analysis on test failures and develop hardware mitigations.
• Establish manufacturing and quality practices that scale through production phases.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, development, or production engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in a 3D CAD package such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
• Ability to create manufacturing drawings using GD&T.
• Hands-on experience building hardware.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning hardware from early development phases to production.
• Machining, welding, and assembly skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly technical, or entrepreneurial engineering environments.
• Ability to perform trade studies and make recommendations using first principles.
