Salary: PLN 100,000–125,000 yearly

What you will do
- Support global insurance renewals and prepare underwriting submissions.
- Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
- Review and maintain insurance policies, certificates, and program documentation.
- Support claims administration, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Assist with premium management, budgeting, financial reporting, and risk data analysis.
- Contribute to risk management projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or claims.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with global teams and external partners.
