Senior Brand Designer

Location: Holborn, London, United Kingdom; hybrid with office attendance at least 2 or 3 days per week

What you will do

• Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines, and Figma templates across multiple FMCG brands.
• Own packaging design from initial brief through final artwork and print-ready delivery.
• Create 360° campaign assets for social, paid, email, retail, and trade channels.
• Adapt creative for e-commerce, digital, and marketplace platforms.
• Use AI tools to accelerate image direction, asset production, and output.
• Present design work with clear rationale and coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, production partners, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand and packaging design experience in-house or at an FMCG agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, and omni-channel execution.
• Expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Figma brand systems, templates, and handover.
• Experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or Kling.
• Solid print production, supplier management, e-commerce, and multi-brand project ownership experience.

Nice to have

• After Effects and Premiere Pro experience for motion and social video.
• Beauty, household, or lifestyle FMCG background.
• Experience working across multiple markets and languages.
