Senior Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create high-impact print and digital design concepts across platforms and formats.
• Develop campaign, web, social, email, UI, and animation assets.
• Craft visual narratives ranging from static layouts to dynamic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams on creative output.
• Maintain brand consistency while developing distinctive visual executions.
• Support video production through editing, storyboarding, and motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a digital design role and a portfolio demonstrating strong concepts and polished execution.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation, storyboarding, and video editing.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, branding, communication, and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and idea-led approach to creative work.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled creative tools and prompt-based workflows for ideation, asset creation, and scaled production.
