Senior Creative Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, with 3 days per week in the West London office and 2 days working remotely. Candidates should be within a comfortable commuting distance to London and must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Own creative projects from concept to delivery across CRM, paid social, packaging, direct sales, OOH and seasonal campaigns.
• Integrate AI tools into ideation, production, personalisation and workflow optimisation.
• Use CTR, CVR and A/B test results to improve creative performance across high-revenue channels.
• Build and optimise Figma-based design systems, component libraries and toolkits.
• Lead packaging concepts and the end-to-end technical print process, including the unboxing experience.
• Mentor junior designers and direct freelancers, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience with an end-to-end digital and print portfolio.
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with exceptional execution.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience actively integrating AI tools into the creative process.
• Ability to interpret performance data, report on results and apply insights to subsequent iterations.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and managing end-to-end print production, including dielines, bleed, colour profiles and print specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience art-directing photoshoots, planning content capture or working on-set.
• Ability to concept, storyboard or direct video and motion work.

Hiring process

• Remote initial call with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Potential take-home task or presentation, followed by remote skills and in-person behaviours interviews.
• A final Leadership interview may be included depending on role seniority; the process usually takes 3–5 weeks.
