What you will do

• Create brand and communications work across digital, social, campaigns, motion, film, stills and print.
• Apply and evolve brand identities and design systems across multiple touchpoints.
• Own briefs and drive projects from concept through delivery with minimal direction.
• Design creative for campaigns, social content, digital experiences, presentations, film and stills.
• Contribute to UI and digital interface design where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Design Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Client Services.

Requirements

• Compelling portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft across brand and communications.
• Strong experience working with established design systems and delivering creative across multiple channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
• Strong visual design foundation with excellent typography, layout, composition and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions to internal teams and clients.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of After Effects or motion design.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related creative discipline; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
