What you will do
- Support the IT Support team in the Munich office.
- Install, configure, and repair software and hardware.
- Administer and configure Google Meet devices in conference rooms.
- Independently supervise backup and repair of hardware belonging to retired employees.
- Take on initial project responsibility and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field.
- Strong affinity for IT and interest in technical solutions; prior IT support experience is advantageous.
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style.
- Excellent written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in IT support.
- German language skills.
