What you will do

• Provide first-point-of-contact support for internal IT requests, covering hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Manage end-to-end employee equipment assets across macOS and Windows environments.
• Assist the Engineering Team with user account management and access permissions.
• Maintain and document internal IT infrastructure and processes in line with compliance and certification requirements.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement proactive fixes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Proficiency in working across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg, Germany.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, reliable, and communicative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting in Python or bash.
• Knowledge of MDM tools or AI workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).
• German language skills.
