High Potential Program - IT Support

hirify.global is a Hamburg-based B2B cloud company developing object storage, GPU infrastructure, and a high-performance compute platform for AI and business workloads.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT requests and support tickets involving hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
• Manage employee equipment and maintain asset records for macOS and Windows devices and monitors.
• Support user account administration and access permission management for the Engineering Team.
• Document internal IT infrastructure, tools, and processes in line with compliance and certification requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement improvements across technical operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, or an equivalent practical background.
• Structured, reliable, communicative, and proactive in solving problems.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation for streamlining internal operations.
• Comfortable working across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience with MDM tools or AI workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
