Technical Consultant (AI Data Platform)

What you will do

• Build and maintain deep knowledge of the hirify.global Platform, including logical data management, zero-copy data delivery, Active Context, and Agentic AI enablement.
• Consult with clients on product architecture, configuration, customization, enterprise integration, and trusted data delivery.
• Build or lead custom deployments that meet and extend client requirements.
• Provide technical consulting, support, troubleshooting, and timely feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development.
• Manage client expectations, establish credibility, and build problem-solving partnerships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Create white papers, presentations, training materials, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of relevant experience; exceptionally qualified top-ranked new graduates may also be considered.
• University degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, troubleshooting, presentation, and client-management skills.
• Solid SQL knowledge and understanding of relational and analytical database theory and practice.
• Knowledge of JDBC, XML, Web Services APIs, modern architectures, Git or other version-control systems, and relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, container and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes, and enterprise implementation or integration projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbPaaS vendors such as Snowflake or MongoDB Atlas.
• Experience with caching technologies, Windows, Linux, or UNIX server environments.
• Experience integrating packaged applications such as SAP, Siebel, Oracle Financials, databases, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting mission-critical software and attending customer meetings.
