TL;DR
Director, Client Consulting, Commercial Money Movements (CMS), Stablecoin, AI & Fintech Innovation (Hong Kong) (CMS, stablecoin, AI and fintech): Leading client consulting, sales development, and next-generation payment proposition development in Hong Kong with an accent on commercial money movements, digital assets, stablecoins, and AI-enabled financial services. Focus on originating and closing complex consulting engagements, building revenue-generating offerings, and translating AI and analytics into business impact for financial services clients.
Location: Hong Kong, China; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do
- Lead client sales engagements across commercial money movements, stablecoins, AI, and fintech.
- Build and manage the consulting pipeline while driving revenue growth.
- Develop consulting offerings covering CMS, digital assets, AI, and fintech innovation.
- Lead complex consulting engagements and deliver executive-level insights.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and innovation teams.
- Develop thought leadership and represent externally.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, banking, payments, fintech, or related financial services.
- Proven client engagement, sales, consulting origination, and deal-closing experience.
- Strong understanding of financial services, payments, CMS, or digital assets.
- Strong understanding of Web3 and the stablecoin ecosystem, including regulations and the business environment.
- Experience translating AI and analytics into business impact and applying AI-driven use cases in financial services.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Hong Kong or the APAC region.
- Expertise in cross-border payments or digital assets.
- Experience with AI use cases in risk, personalization, or automation.
