Graduate Analyst - Asset & Wealth Management

Location: Hong Kong. Work takes place in a hybrid pattern, at client offices or the Alpha office. Candidates must have the right to work in Hong Kong without additional company sponsorship.

What you will do

• Complete a three-week Alpha Analyst Training Programme.
• Support asset and wealth management clients across consulting projects and practice areas.
• Attend client meetings and document business requirements.
• Prepare client proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
• Build financial models and solve business problems with Alpha colleagues.
• Support internal benchmarking, sales decks, and service propositions.

Requirements

• Predicted or achieved university GPA between 3.00 and 4.3.
• Genuine interest in consulting and the asset and wealth management industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ambitious, proactive, entrepreneurial, and willing to work collaboratively.
• Fluent English required.
• Right to work in Hong Kong without additional company sponsorship required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cantonese preferred.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Experience in law, finance, IT, technology, or adjacent fields.
