Customer Technology Manager (Semiconductor): Supporting technology roadmaps, product development alignment, and customer-focused demonstrations for West Cluster semiconductor customers in Wuhan with an accent on technical engineering, business development, and customer requirements. Focus on representing customer needs to Business Lines and senior management, demonstrating product performance or cost advantages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will do
- Support customer roadmap enablement for future products.
- Coordinate with Business Lines on product development roadmaps and customer requirements.
- Demonstrate product performance and cost advantages in customer-specific contexts.
- Represent customer needs to Business Lines and senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction with product performance and services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a technical subject with substantial experience, or an equivalent level of working and thinking capability.
- Experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Business administration or commercial education.
