Graduate Internship (Asset & Wealth Management)

Location: Hong Kong. Candidates must have the right to work in Hong Kong without additional company sponsorship. Internship commitment: June–August 2027.

What you will do

• Follow project delivery plans and produce accurate, complete, and timely deliverables.
• Support client deliverables through meeting and workshop facilitation, project-plan maintenance, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint content creation.
• Build constructive relationships with clients and vendors as a point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Participate in Alpha’s business management or practice areas and contribute to the wider firm community.
• Develop an understanding of challenges affecting the asset and wealth management industry.

Requirements

• Predicted or achieved university GPA of 3.00–4.3.
• Genuine interest in consulting and the asset and wealth management industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, ambition, and a proactive approach.
• Fluent English is required.
• Right to work in Hong Kong without additional company sponsorship is required.
• Prior consulting experience is not essential; experience in law, finance, IT, or technology is preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cantonese.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Prior consulting experience or experience in an adjacent field.
