Location: Must be based in New York, NY (On-site 5 days/week)

Compensation: $195,000 – $350,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Analyze complex behavioral data to model outcomes and improve platform performance.
• Develop and maintain robust data and ML tooling to support real-time content understanding.
• Train LLM-driven ranking and pricing models that guide campaign discovery and allocation.
• Shape product decisions by running experiments and delivering actionable data insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable pipelines for multi-million dollar budgets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week in New York, NY.
• Proven track record of applying analytical and statistical methods to solve real-world problems.
• Experience working with big data and building robust data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
