What you will do
- Review closing documents and balance escrow checks against Closing Disclosures and initial escrow amounts.
- Complete and organize physical files for bond loans and deliver bond loans to Secondary Marketing.
- Prepare and ship banking files to the warehouse bank.
- Assist Post Closing with follow-up and suspense items.
- File and purge physical records, mail initial Closing Disclosures, and order office supplies as needed.
- Sign off on conditions when required and work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to review and track closing documentation accurately.
- Ability to balance escrow checks with Closing Disclosures and initial escrow records.
- Ability to complete general clerical, filing, mailing, and document-shipping tasks.
