What you will do

• Lead the continued development of AS9100 and ISO 9001 systems, documentation, and practices.
• Own the site quality management system across supplier quality, production, final inspection, compliance, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate quality documentation with customers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead a production quality team of quality engineers, specialists, calibration and test technicians, and inspectors.
• Manage customer, third-party, and internal audit programs.
• Drive launch readiness, structured problem solving, Lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading or coaching Lean methodologies and facilitating kaizen events, including value stream mapping.
• Experience in an engineering environment and an understanding of the Toyota Production System.
• Six Sigma experience with data analysis, process control, Pareto analysis, scatter diagrams, FMEA, and control charts.
• Ability to interpret technical procedures, professional publications, business materials, and government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals and present information effectively.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
