Marketing Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Relocation assistance to San Francisco and visa and green card application support are available where applicable.

Salary: $142K–$160K annually.

What you will do

• Plan and execute digital ads, social graphics, event booth materials, one-pagers, decks, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
• Design web pages and digital experiences, particularly in Webflow.
• Translate campaign concepts and original research into compelling visual executions.
• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Brand and Content team on video assets and support event production.
• Partner with external creative agencies and production vendors to brief, review, and deliver work.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing or brand design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating visual flair, creative risk-taking, and high-level execution.
• Web design experience, particularly with Webflow.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving small-team environment and own work end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing using After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
