Executive Producer, Broadcast (Aerospace)

Location: Hawthorne, California; onsite work required and remote work will not be considered. Travel is required in support of events and launches.

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee launch broadcasts from Hawthorne and related livestreams, coordinating content creation, customers, production crews, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as producer and show caller, managing communication between on-air talent and broadcast crews.
• Develop content strategies for live events, broadcasts, social media, and digital channels.
• Support documentary and long-form productions, including approvals, scheduling, interviews, physical production, and asset management.
• Own timelines, budgets, RFPs, treatments, project schedules, distribution plans, statements of work, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor broadcast performance, mentor webcast hosts, and create supporting content for company milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in live event or television production with internal creative teams or external agency partners.
• Strong knowledge of photo, video, and digital creative production, including physical production and post-production.
• Excellent writing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations.
