Technical Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Document, implement, test, and support interfaces for TrakCare implementations.
• Install, configure, update, and patch TrakCare across multiple environments and servers.
• Develop customer-specific reports, data extracts, and other technical features when required.
• Support clients and project managers with enhancements, acceptance issues, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and go-live activities.
• Provide guidance on networks, configurations, architectures, data conversions, migrations, and the TrakCare data dictionary.
• Create technical documentation and training materials, deliver technical training, and participate in on-call support and on-site implementations when required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, database scripting languages such as T-SQL or PL/SQL, and database methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Internet and intranet concepts, Microsoft Office, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts, including responsible AI, privacy, security, patient confidentiality, bias, and human oversight.
• Experience in customer-focused technical support, presentations, training, and cross-departmental teamwork.
• Availability for out-of-hours work, participation in a 24-hour on-call roster during implementation, and willingness to travel.
• Relevant university degree.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering applications to the healthcare sector.
• Software engineering experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare integration, including HL7 standards and protocols.
