Payroll Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Reconcile Quinyx timesheet and scheduling data against actuals to ensure accurate pay runs.
• Manage variable-hours data preparation, including overtime, shift uplifts, and premiums.
• Maintain Quinyx shift patterns, pay rules, and employee records.
• Resolve payroll queries from frontline staff and managers with a focus on root cause investigation.
• Propose and implement process improvements for hours tracking and payroll data visibility.

Requirements

• Must have hands-on UK payroll experience, specifically with variable hours and shift uplifts.
• Experience with ADP or comparable payroll platforms.
• Strong data reconciliation skills and proficiency with workforce management systems.
• Working knowledge of UK pay rules and Working Time Regulations.
• Clear communication skills for resolving pay queries directly with staff.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
