Team Lead Integrations (Financials)

hirify.global is a technology scale-up building a SaaS transport management platform that automates administrative processes and optimizes transportation planning.

What you will do

• Lead engineers building and maintaining financial integrations with accounting, factoring, and e-invoicing platforms.
• Guide solution design, code reviews, scalability, and maintainability of integration connectors.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on implementation, follow-up, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with external partners and customers during integration implementation and validation.
• Manage roadmap estimates for customer requirements, including complexity and implementation effort.
• Mentor, coach, and support the professional growth of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Several years of software engineering experience, ideally in backend development and systems integration.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system interoperability, and integration practices, including REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and authentication standards.
• Ability to read API documentation, collaborate across teams, and communicate with external stakeholders.
• Pragmatic ownership and the ability to balance speed, quality, and maintainability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Django.
• Familiarity with accounting or finance systems.
• Interest in using AI to optimize time spent.
