Location: Based in or willing to work in New York / New Jersey; immediate onsite/hybrid position

is a Series A–backed enterprise AI company building a full-stack agent infrastructure platform for designing, deploying, and governing production-grade AI agents.
What you will do
- Lead complex enterprise AI deployments from kickoff through production rollout.
- Translate business requirements into scalable agentic AI delivery plans and workflows.
- Coordinate AI engineers, solution architects, product teams, enterprise stakeholders, and leadership across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, scope changes, delivery risks, UAT readiness, hypercare, and reporting.
- Oversee deployments involving multi-agent workflows, automation systems, and enterprise AI integrations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional project management experience in enterprise software, AI/ML, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines.
- Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Notion, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive stakeholder management and technical-to-business communication.
- Experience managing scope, delivery risks, utilization, timelines, and change requests in enterprise engagements.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or the agentic AI landscape.
