is developing an autonomous, zero-emissions hauler using vision-based AI for freight transportation and global logistics.
What you will do
- Build and maintain Python pipelines and tooling for closed-loop testing and synthetic data generation.
- Integrate neural rendering techniques, including Gaussian splatting, NeRFs, and world models, into the sensor simulation stack.
- Expand scenario libraries and benchmark suites for evaluating perception, planning, and control.
- Develop scenario, agent behavior, and synthetic data generation workflows to support model training.
- Work with ML and autonomy engineers to measure and reduce sim-to-real gaps.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with simulation systems, ideally in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other high-fidelity domains.
Nice to have
- Experience with neural rendering, generative simulation, Gaussian splatting, NeRFs, world models, or diffusion-based methods.
- Experience with closed-loop testing, scenario design, log replay, or sensor simulation.
- Experience building benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, or synthetic data pipelines.
- Familiarity with real-time robotic systems and simulation fidelity constraints.
- Experience working on a small team with high ownership and fast iteration cycles.
