IT Audit Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain; occasional travel to other hirify.global locations may be required.

What you will do

• Design and execute IT audit reviews across operational processes, system implementations, applications, infrastructures, and other IT risk areas.
• Assess IT general controls, system stability, information security, software development life cycle, IT operations, business continuity, data privacy, PCI-DSS, and ISO-related controls.
• Coordinate reviews with stakeholders across IT, Risk and Compliance, Security, and business functions.
• Prepare independent assessments and actionable recommendations.
• Participate in advisory activities and recommend improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in IT/IS Audit in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics and CAAT tools.
• Proficient spoken and written English required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISSP, CIPP, ISO 27000, PCI DSS, or CISA.
