IT Audit Manager - FTC

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week at the Osterley office base

What you will do

• Manage internal and external audit activities across hirify.global Data, coordinating responses to queries and evidence requests.
• Track audit findings, provide updates and evidence, and drive findings through to closure.
• Perform weekly control activities and independent assurance reviews to hirify.global standards.
• Advise on IT general controls, spreadsheet controls, IPE requirements, and risk management measures.
• Lead functional teams or projects and provide guidance on data assurance issues.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing IT audits, technology and operational risks, controls, and technology assurance activities.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, and monitoring control environments and delivering mitigation strategies.
• Relevant audit or assurance qualification, such as CISA or ACA.
• Working knowledge of SOX, SAO, PCI, data and information governance, and UK/EU regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, stakeholder management, senior reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing team members. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
