Identity Strategist (Identity Security)

Location: Remote (France); EMEA-wide scope

Salary: €73,290–€123,569.60 base salary, plus potential performance-based cash compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Shape strategy for complex, high-value EMEA opportunities, especially during the early sales cycle.
• Engage CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and transformation leaders to connect business drivers, risk, regulation, and operational inefficiency to identity security outcomes.
• Lead discovery, value conversations, executive briefings, and workshops focused on problem definition and stakeholder alignment.
• Help customers define and sequence identity roadmaps with measurable outcomes such as reduced access risk, audit burden, and manual work.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, TES, delivery, sales, product, and go-to-market teams to align technical approaches with business strategy.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events as a speaker.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English required, with confidence in executive conversations in both languages.
• 10+ years of experience in identity security, including significant senior-level experience such as CTO, CISO, Head of IAM, or an equivalent advisory role.
• Experience designing or implementing identity security programmes in large or regulated organisations.
• Knowledge of governance, access controls, audit and compliance, GDPR, NIS2, cloud transformation, and operational efficiency.
• Experience leading C-level conversations and influencing strategic direction in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work credibly with business and technical stakeholders and experience working with consulting or systems-integration partners.
