IT & Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fully onsite in Saint Ouen sur Seine (Paris), France

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the IT environment, including laptops, servers, mobile devices, SaaS tools, and user accounts.
• Deploy and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure across network, on-premise, and cloud environments.
• Manage access controls, monitoring, and incident response.
• Prepare security questionnaires, audits, certifications, policies, procedures, and risk documentation for customers, partners, and investors.
• Establish practical security practices through onboarding, training, and company-wide guidance.
• Automate daily IT operations, including onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT, security, systems, or networking.
• Proficiency in a Microsoft environment, networking, and process automation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English is the daily work language.
• Methodical, thorough, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
