Warehouse Outbound Coordinator (Logistics): Coordinating picking, packing, staging, customs clearance, documentation, and dispatch of outbound warehouse shipments with an accent on accuracy, compliance, safety, and meeting delivery schedules. Focus on operating material-handling equipment, resolving inventory and order bottlenecks, supervising personnel, and improving warehouse throughput.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; UAE nationals only. Onsite work at the ICAD warehouse.

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end picking, packing, staging, and shipping of outbound orders according to customer requirements and shipping priorities.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and dispatches with the Logistics team.
- Generate and verify Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, customs and export documentation, and maintain bonded-material data in PWC.
- Inspect shipments, ensure proper packaging, enforce warehouse safety protocols, and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Supervise and train third-party personnel to meet daily output targets and Service Level Agreements.
- Identify inventory errors, delayed or cancelled orders, and systemic bottlenecks; lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- UAE national status is required.
- Higher Secondary Education.
- 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
- Experience with an ERP system, specifically the SAP WM module.
- Ability to coordinate outbound shipments accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with destination requirements.
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
Nice to have
- UAE licensed reach truck and forklift operator certification.
- Light vehicle driver’s license.
