Staff Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of major platform initiatives from design through deployment and post-launch success.
• Design, develop, and optimize distributed Golang microservices for scale, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with Product, AI, Security, Customer Success, and leadership to align architecture with business objectives and the technical roadmap.
• Drive engineering excellence through code quality standards, design reviews, automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor software engineers on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native architecture.
• Experience driving technical projects end-to-end and coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong background in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API-driven design.
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments; Azure experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern databases, gRPC, message queues, and DevOps automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

• Understanding of or interest in cybersecurity, AI-driven systems, or threat intelligence.
