What you will do

  • Set technical direction for identity platform including authentication flows, federation, and fine-grained authorization.
  • Lead design and delivery of unified identity experience across product portfolio.
  • Build and operate platform services on Kubernetes focusing on reliability, observability, and secure secret management.
  • Partner with security, compliance, and product teams to implement regulatory requirements.
  • Write technical proposals and contribute to architecture discussions.
  • Mentor engineers through code review, design feedback, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Backend engineering experience in Golang or Java, building and operating production apps in Kubernetes.
  • Experience designing or contributing to identity systems in multi-tenant or federated contexts.
  • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools in daily workflow.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and writing design documents.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML in production.
  • Experience with policy-as-code for authorization (attribute-based, relationship-based, or hybrid).
