Enterprise Architect (Industrial AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise architecture and solution design for industrial customers.
• Define enterprise and solution architectures, including integration and data models, ingestion pipelines, APIs, and user-facing solutions.
• Deliver and support solutions built on hirify.global Data Fusion through successful implementation and ongoing operations.
• Work hands-on with hirify.global connectors and extractors, SQL, Python or Java, REST APIs, and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business data managers to drive long-term product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to turn customer needs into prioritized product offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Solutions Architect, progressing into architecture and design leadership.
• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect role delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on backend engineering experience with Python and/or Java, with the ability to contribute code when needed.
• Experience designing complex enterprise integrations, data ingestion pipelines, API architectures, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including Kubernetes or Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
• Experience advising enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas, Process Industries, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
