• Ensure positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Fluency in English or Spanish plus any other European language
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or fast-paced startup.
• Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
