What you will do

• Establish a quality management system to reduce production bugs by 50%.
• Collaborate with Engineering Directors to implement automated testing processes including end-to-end, unit, and API tests.
• Integrate testing into the development process and engage developers in quality maintenance.
• Define quality metrics and test strategies to evaluate the efficiency of test planning and case effectiveness.
• Continuously implement and evolve an AI-based QA approach.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with 5+ years leading teams of 5+ people.
• 5+ years of practical experience in test automation (REST API and UI) using a high-level programming language (C# preferred).
• Proficiency with Selenium Webdriver, Git, and Allure.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and test design techniques.
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and make independent decisions.
• Must be based in Europe.

• Experience in hiring, motivating, and mentoring team members.
• Practical experience in integrating automated testing processes.
